Marketing Manager - Full-time

Tagrem Corp an Ecommerce Agency with customers across the country is looking for a Marketing Manager. This position will be remote but open only to candidates in the United States who can legally work in the United States. Preference will be given to candidates in Washington State and Florida.

Tagrem Corp is currently seeking a Marketing Manager who is passionate about building compelling marketing campaigns for our organization and its customers. This creative and energetic professional will create advertisement ideas and compelling content strategies, for brands big and small that are designed to engage and convert even the toughest of audiences regardless of the product, service, or industry. The ideal candidate is interested in all things Marketing and knows how to maximize advertisement campaigns based on partner budgets and objectives. Switching gears from one brand’s vision and mission to another is essential to this individual’s success. A Marketing Manager that knows how to rally a team around a concept, execute on a vision to make it a reality, and deliver quality results for each organization will be the perfect fit on our team.

In This Role You Will…

  • Develop creative marketing concepts for partners that match their brand, generate measurable results, and ultimately grow their organization
  • Build and manage content strategies and budgets for direct and traditional advertising
  • Work with team members, publishers, and vendors to negotiate and buy advertising schedules on different platforms
  • Coordinate marketing strategies across multiple platforms for omni channel campaigns
  • Build creative briefs, storyboards, and implementation instructions for teams to understand marketing vision
  • Manage projects internally by coordinating resources, setting deliverables, providing estimations, and seeking work tasks to completion, on time and within budget
  • Support paid and organic search efforts with compelling content and concepts to grab audiences to drive conversions
  • Build monthly content calendars for each organization across on various social platforms
  • Develop and document new and existing processes and best practices, while helping to streamline and automate repeatable tasks and functions
  • Perform daily KPI audits for each partner to identify budget forecasting and performance pacing
  • Coordinate initiatives with team members and leadership to ensure maximum collaboration
  • Manage and continue to build a team of professionals to execute marketing strategies

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or relative work experience equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing related field
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to manage million-dollar marketing budgets
  • Must have a portfolio of ad campaigns from concept to finish
  • Proven experience in analyzing data to identify issues and create clear actions to improve funnel performance and KPIs
  • Proficient with Microsoft products and similar 3rd party web applications
  • Excellent project management, verbal and written communication, interpersonal and networking skills
  • Extremely detail oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Passionate about driving results and generating growth
  • Self-starter capable of executing a project from conception to completion
  • Independently has high output productivity while delivering work efficiently
  • Dedicated to achieving organizational objectives and goals

Offering:

  • Salary $60K - $80K DOE

Associate Program Manager - Full-time

Tagrem Corp an Ecommerce Agency with customers across the country is looking for an Associate Program Manager. This position will be remote but open only to candidates in the United States who can legally work in the United States. Preference will be given to candidates in Washington State and Florida.

The Program Manager manages the day-to-day requirements, requests and needs of the customers, scoping out projects, assigning and managing internal resources and producing reports in the delivery of the customer requirements. This role requires a detail oriented person with great customer service and follow up skills. Knowledge of Ecommerce systems, managing product catalogs, email marketing and basic HTML, SEO and online advertising skills are required.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all elements of program activities from inception to completion; including proposal development, project design, development, testing, training, and maintenance
  • Serve as primary contact for clients
  • Manage and reconcile budgets, specifications, change requests and costs to ensure the profitability of the projects.
  • Participate in marketing new technology, developing potential new business, and responsible for obtaining follow-on business from existing customers.
  • Provide strong communication to teams and promote an atmosphere of teamwork, coordination, and communication
  • Produce monthly analytics reports and budget reports

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business or related work experience
  • 2+ Years experience in software, e-commerce or web development
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

  • Familiar with online project management and storage tools
  • Excellent project management, verbal and written communication, interpersonal and networking skills

  • Independently has high output productivity while delivering work efficiently

Offering:

  • Salary $45K - $60K depending on experience
